Me and my fiancé just moved into the area. Initially we really like this Popeyes location. The food was correct, fresh and was ready when we arrived (always place mobile order). As of recently there’s 10 kids in there, our order isn’t ready. Teenagers standing in the window eating. No one is preparing our food. See pictures of my sandwich that they got wrong and this is not the first time. May seem small but we pay our money for a service. Takes multiple attempts for them to understand my order and also forgot my sauces that I paid for
I sat unacknowledged at the drive thru for 10 minutes. They really need to step up their customer service.
Lavonya was amazing!!! We arrived to this Popeyes late and she treated us like royalty, we ordered from the drive thru. She really made us feel like we were special, she gave us beyond 5 star service! Workers like her are what make businesses thrive!!! 5 stars on her handling of the food as well. It is delicious!!!!
Popeyes on Old Peachtree Rd store # 14391 was top notch today, Much better than some of the other locations I've visited. Everything was in stock, food was hot and fresh, no long wait time and very pleasant customer service. I will definitely be back to this location.
