Everytime I come here which is usually after my daughter chorus concerts since it's on the way home and right down the street, the food is old. My rice is as hard as plastic and the chicken looks and taste like it sat out since noon on a lukewarm hot plate, it's 7:45pm. This location has a horribly slow drive-thru. It took 30 minutes to get my online order. They had me drive forward and wait. after 15 minutes I got out of my vehicle and went inside to get my order.
I’ve been to this Popeyes 3 or 4 times since it has opened. My order has been wrong on every single visit. Missing a biscuit on a combo meal, legs and thigh versus breast and wing, mild instead of spicy, fruit punch when I ordered ice tea. I can understand once or maybe even twice but every single visit? Really? It’s no wonder the Georgia franchisee has declared bankruptcy. Their lack of qualified management is running them into the ground.
