Fries are good. But... THE MENS BATHROOM LOCK WAS BROKEN. THE SODA MACHINE WAS DIRTY AS HECK. THE CEILING VENT IS MOLDYYYY!!!!!! THE DANG CEILING IS MOLDY! AND THE CEILING IN THE KITCHEN IS LEAKING. I don't want someone walking in on me when I'm taking a whizz. I don't want dirty stuff in my soda. MANAGER IS A DISGRACE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!! She tried to call me “love” to attempt to de-escalate the situation of not having wings (the audacity of a chicken spot!!!)! She FLAT OUT REFUSED to do her job and cancel the UberEats order stating she did not have a tablet to do so! I ordered frozen mango premium lemonade, but the liquid and ice were separated, so I had to come home and mix them with a spoon. And on this day, maybe there were not enough people working, so I ordered a mobile order and went to pick them up, but I waited a long time. Food packing was too sloppy, too. I visit this store often. Until now, I had no complaints, but now I will use another store.
Coleslaw warm, filled 1/2 way. Rice and beans was mostly bean sauce, no beans. Chicken was cool. The only thing good was the dessert. Never ordering from THIS LOCATION.
Friendly staff very clean restaurant and we’re very accommodating with my order thank you very much !
