One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff is rude, dismissive, and seems completely uninterested in treating customers with basic respect. They repeatedly tell you the order will be ready in “2 minutes,” but that turns into 30–40 minutes of waiting. When you politely ask for an honest estimate, instead of apologizing or explaining the delay, they respond with attitude and irritation.
