I love this Popeyes in North Miami Beach. Been going to this Popeyes for yrs. I'm not sure why so many complains about this Popeyes. I really never had a problem. Yes, sometimes the pieces are small, happened to me before but I sure make sure that I tell them that last time y'all gave me baby chicken and I want some adult chicken, lol. Very disappointing experience. The employee forgot HALF of my order, and when I tried to address the issue, she was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. She was also slamming doors in my face, which was completely disrespectful and unnecessary. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way a customer is treated when an order is wrong matters just as much as the mistake itself.
