I attempted to dine in for lunch at this location, last week. There were no signs or warnings outside that indicated the dining room was closed. I was screamed and yelled at as if I'd kicked their child. It's not easy for me to get in and out of my car, having a sign outside would have helped and prevented Popeyes from permanently losing a customer for life. I'm happy to share this experience with everyone I know.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but we waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one said anything so we went in and when the lady finally noticed we had been in there like 5 minutes she said “y’all door dash or what” and we said no but no one answered the drive through “she had a headset on” and she said “nah door dash only go to drive through “ so we tried again and nothing. But by the reviews of this place seems like owners don’t care and will be shut down soon. Place wasn’t very clean either.
Waited 10 minutes to get my order and was told they had no fries but they had asked which sides I wanted when I placed my order which I ordered fries. They seem to only take 1 order at a time. It had been a long time since I have been to this Popeyes and even though only 1 car was placing their order when I pulled up it should not take that long for an order. I will not be coming back to this establishment.
Long wait times and poor customer service.
From the moment we walked into the Hwy 58 store, we were greeted with positive energy, Jenny was friendly, helpful, and professional. Our experience was one deserving 5 stars.
