Aug 12, waited over an hour for 3 chicken sandwiches and an order of chicken strips, mash potatoes and red beans and rice. After 52 minutes I asked what the hold up was they said the fries are almost done. I seen my sandwiches sitting up there for 35 minutes. When I got the order home no chicken tenders. Sorriest service ever. I will never visit Popeyes in Lumberton Texas again.
It took over 25 minutes to get my order for me and my husband after I complained about wait time. It wasn't busy inside but drivethru was. Shouldn't have to wait that long. Not the first time. I will not return
Made an online order and waited over an hour to pickup. This has happened several times now.
