I try to give local area food places the benefit of doubt, but this Popeyes location is consistent with poor customer service especially in the evening. I have gone several times when they don’t honor what is presented on their order menu or windows, are always out of something and if they have what I ordered it does not reach my bag, I’ve had to go in and retrieve what I ordered through drive through too many times to count. I live near this popeyes, and go here pretty often. The customer service is always terrible, employees are rude! It’s never a welcoming environment, I am constantly getting asked if my order is done when i’m in the middle of speaking. I have worked in various fast food places and never have treated any of my customers with the disrespect I constantly receive.
Never get my full orders seem they don’t know how to read.
