I waited over an hour for a chicken sandwich, 6 tenders and some fries. Fries were cold, sandwich was messed up, and they didn’t give me my biscuits. It’s a shame.
I went to this resturant becasuse it is close to home. It was about 7:45 - 8:00 PM when I got there. There were two cars ahead of me to get to the ordering screen. It took me past 8:30 to just get to the screen to let them know i had a mobile order and I wanted it fresh. From there it only gets worse. It took me until 9:45 to get to the window for my order (over an hour). I walked in and waited. Close to 4-5 minutes. I was not greeted, was not told they’ll be with me in a moment. They just ignored me so I left.
I was The most excited Seeing how Popeyes is my favorite by far when they built this one !!!! However it was only good for about 6 months now Food is aweful too….Never get good beans and rice……chicken always over cooked and rubbery…..and lazy Drug heads behind counter…..nah I’m good on Popeyes….3 times in a row horrible food and service…..just sad for brand new
