I have renewed my comment because it seems that popeye has changed some staff and the orders are now correct and the new staff are more personable.
Service sucks. Would drops names but the two up front did not have name tags. Do not recommend going there and definitely will not be back.
I'm from Louisiana and this is the best Popeyes experience I've ever had. They were fast, courteous, and the food was fresh! Will be coming back!
Food is great, staff is fine most days and atmosphere is ok But the fact I placed a delivery order for a simple 5 piece chicken tender, one side and one drink, and then waited over an hour just for the order to be cancelled is unacceptable, most of the time they are great about getting orders done, but that is ridiculous and really hindered my opinion about this location, it's not even the cancelation that has me upset, I understand that things happen, especially in the fast food industry, but to wait over an hour just for i... read more
The store manager was awesome. My food was hot and fresh. She paid attention to me and my order she was very friendly and accommodating. I will be back
