I always go through the drive through so I can not speak for the interior, but the score in the window is good. The wait has never been long at this Popeyes. Popeyes is my favorite fried chicken place, and this is the fastest. The person on the intercom was rushing us a bit, but I'm ok with that for the delicious chicken with no wait once at the window. Also, once at the window the staff is smiling and happy to assist with condiments and napkins. They even helped my friend pay with her phone.
I had my husband to pick up dinner tonight and he had to wait as usual for the food. Well today was a new level of horror, this time the chicken was burnt and not to mention the smell. I also know that it was fried in old burnt oil. This is really bad, you can also improve on the Customer Service Re training course!!! This is by far the worst service Popeyes has been. Close it down or do this Right.
The experience was very poor I guess because it's new and needed to training there staff better, I ordered something and didn't get what I paid for and what they gave me wasn't good, so I will give then another try later on and see if they will get better, came to get my online order and I had to wait for over 40 minutes and still got bad service...went there today and my order was all wrong and it took bout 40 minutes to get it...
I visited the site in Americus ga @approximately 3:50-4p. I am so disappointed with my food, it was cold and wasn't cooked recently. Maybe leftover from lunch. The coleslaw was old and not fresh and needed to be thrown out and not to be served especially with it having milk products in it. I didn't get my change or the receipt, although the change was only 0.2 cent. That's not important but I could have got info. from the receipt to inform them that I wasn't satisfied with my order.
