I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Popeyes in Sylacauga. When I arrived, there were only a few customers being helped, yet I waited approximately 15 minutes at the drive-thru speaker before anyone even took my order. After placing my order, I was told they were out of fries. I understand that it was Sunday and certain items can run out, but I then waited another 30 minutes for my food despite the restaurant not appearing to be busy. Food was no good had to wait 45 mins for a 3 piece chicken tender. Had to go to counter to remind them I was waiting for my food and then they gave me the wrong order and then waited 20 mins after getting food for dipping sauce and drink
The chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly!
Had nothing but spicy chicken and flat sofas. No ice and waited for 30 min for food.
Been setting in line 20 minutes.
