The customer service is great, the employees are super nice.
I love this place but it really is hit or miss. Got the one piece box last week and it had 1 tiny overcooked thigh and a tiny over cooked leg. Like they had been sitting in the warmer for too long. Got it again this week and it was a high thigh and leg and absolutely delicious. Overall the place is great don't let 1 experience make you stay away. Give it another shot.
