Very poor customer service. Talk so fast hard to understand. Rude!
Horrible customer service. They purposely make it impossible impossible to talk to real person on the app
Everytime I’m here they forget about my order or something ends up breaking. I was told a short wait. 25-30 minutes later all while they told me to stay in the drive through lane…saw several cars come after me with just as big of orders and get helped before me. This has happened several times times and there solution…a soda. Honestly don’t use the drive-Thu if you are ordering anything more than a small snack it’s a waste of time just go in. We ordered chicken wraps to go. By the time we got home, the tortillas they used for the wraps were gummy. They got stuck to the roof of my mouth. Unpleasant! After removing the tortilla, the chicken was okay.
