Date of Visit: 11/22/25 - Ordered at the counter at 5:44PM, there was one in drive-thru and one other individual in the restaurant. Received food at 6:03PM. Chicken & fries were hot and flavorless (did they forget the cajun seasoning?), mac & cheese was a microwaved/congealed mess. Generally, we love Popeyes so we're willing to give it another shot, but this visit missed the mark.
Maja is awesome. Super patient and extremely friendly.
This is the third time they failed my order. Missed sauce and missed a side. Of two things I ordered. Do not recommend.
