They’re nice but always out of fountain drinks, sauces and chicken is greasy and hot yet tastes old. They don’t care too much about food quality apparently.
Wow! What a difference! Everything about our experience today was perfect. The staff, the food, the dining room, and even the parking lot. My original review for this location was a one star review because they failed in every category. Now I do t see any room for improvement.
Every time I’ve visited this location they have messed up my order, and whenever I’ve politely asked them if they can fix it or remake it, they give me attitude and act like I’m a huge inconvenience. The food is good but it’s not worth the 25-30 minute wait, poor service, missing items, and inevitable cold food once you get done dealing with their incompetence. Just go across the street and get your chicken elsewhere.
