I went to the Byron location yesterday and ordered a tender and shrimp combo in the drive thru. My tenders were barely warm but what made me upset was the dried up old shrimp they put in box. I spoke with manager but he wanted me to drive back 30 minutes to replace the shrimp and that would have taken more gas to get there, not worth the drive.
Waited 30 minutes for my food after I was told it would be only 5 minutes. When I got my food I then had to wait longer for my fries. Terrible service.
I stopped by the Popeyes in Byron today on the way home to pick up lunch. I had ordered a 8pc shrimp combo for my husband which I got. I ordered a 5pc tender combo for myself plus an order of cheese bites. When I got home, there was no 5pc tender combo, just his order plus the cheese bites. It was too far to go back for the chicken combo. So, we won't be going back to the place again. While I was there they got orders wrong on 2 other customers. Should of checked mine before I left. Leason learned.
