The manager had attitude over asking if we could sub our side for something else since they ran out of mashed potatoes and told us they can’t do that. Never had this problem before and have had our things substituted in the past. They left out utensils,napkins, & our sauce. Won’t be coming back until service is better.

We used to go here a lot but the manager at the window was very rude and left out our sauces, utensils, and napkins. We were charged for 2 sides but they said they were out of mashed potatoes. My boyfriend asked if they could sub for anything else and the employee said no we can’t do that. I know for a fact that they can because we have in the past had a similar situation and it was taken care of accordingly. However, the manager had attitude and it was not worth the long wait. My wife went through the drive thru to order some food. She asked about the $6 box dinners, she said the employee on the speaker was very rude by saying “they’re not on sale anymore and don’t have them anymore.” Then she tried to ask for the $5 box meal, she said the employee told her in the same rude manner “we don’t have them” so she went to go with the 22 piece chicken, she said the same employee again took her order in very rude attitude.
