Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a multinational chain of Southern fried chicken restaurants. There isn’t a location near my home, so I decided to venture out to Mission Viejo one weekend with my daughter in tow. I ordered directly from the Popeyes app, so I didn’t interact with the staff other than to pick up my order. Love the service at this location
We ordered 6 pieces classic fried chicken for my son but received all spicy chicken. We didnt know until we got home. The drive thru was not busy at all and the person who was taken the order even asked "classic or spicy?". I told her "classic please" and still got the wrong thing...So disappointed because my son couldnt eat spicy food :-(
Love this location customer service is amazing I got a turkey and some chicken the chicken was delicious i recommend this location
