-Amazing & professional staff. Though, often understaffed during peak rush times of the day. -Little over 6 month ago I had my first Popeyes meal and was stunned at the consistency here. Service absolutely sucks!!! Had an order placed online for pick up got a text saying it was ready and way I showed up they didn’t even make the food yet! People are rude as can be. Employees are a joke. Do better ONEIDA !!!!!
This place is slow. No cars in drive thru.
I visited the Oneida Popeyes location for lunch on 12/17/25. I was with a young man who is on the spectrum who sometimes “stims” by jumping and yelling. I let the front counter know so if he did, they would not be startled. Everyone who was working was so kind and understanding. They even asked if they should turn down the music ( I let them know that was not necessary but appreciated the offer) It’s not always easy to find a place to dine in where the staff is so accommodating.
