I had a terrible experience at the Popeyes located at 224 Oak Creek Plaza, Mundelein, IL. The customer service was unprofessional and completely lacking in people skills. I accidentally placed the wrong order and immediately asked for help to cancel it so I could reorder the correct food. Instead of assisting me, the staff dismissed me and told me I could cancel the order through the Popeyes app. That turned out to be false information—the app does not allow customers to cancel orders.
