You the owner sees all these bad reviews and does nothing. Change your staff! Get people that care before you lose this place. This is the WORST Popeyes I’ve EVER been too. I never eat it when I am here because oh how badly you get treated and how terrible/long the food takes. If you really cared about these reviews you would actually do something!! I thought maybe it be different after yall shut down but NOPE still the same rude employees that don’t care about anything but themselves. DO BETTER!!
I been there 3 times. That’s the most horrible customer service that I ever seen in my entire life and I’m a chef. I’ll never eat there again. My experience there were unfortunate every time. I don’t even like Popeyes as a brand any more just because of the in Brookhaven Mississippi
