Took an airport fast food place more than 30 min to serve our food. They forgot fries, and despite what the menu says, insisted that the meal does not include a biscuit, refused to give me one.

This is the first fast food place I've seen that charges for refills. And the staff makes it very clear that they don't want to be there. One guy looked like he was about to go off on another worker.
