Today I ordered from Popeyes and accidentally placed my online order at the wrong location. Carlos and his team at the North Saanich location were incredibly kind and completely saved the day. With sick kids at home, driving all the way to the other location just wasn’t possible. They were so understanding and went ahead and made my family’s order fresh right there for us. My last 3 mobile orders in a row at the victoria bc, mckenzie location have not been ready. I show up when it says it will be ready, then ive had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes when it should have been ready on arrival. Today, I was late for an appointment because of the wait. I dont think I will continue ordering from here
