Ordered theu appointed up food thru drive thru that was cool bc I'm in a walking boot... I got home fries cold chicken warm i only stay 3 min. The person on drive through made me pay extra even though I clearly explain that I don’t want a drink. Charged a soda instead of a water.
I have eaten at this Popeyes once a week for the last couple of months. And the food and service is USUALLY top notch. Tonight, at a restaurant with only 4 other customers during the whole time I waited for my food, I crossed Popeyes OFF my list. Did NOT get my drinks at the window. Was asked to pull around and wait. Again, 2 other customers? REALLY? got my food. Still no drinks. No cocktail sauce for my shrimp. Wasn't asked.
