I love the food, however I do not like to go inside and eat. One of the workers always has her kid running around there causing trouble
Can't even put extra mayo like requested in the bag , do better
When through the drive-in and ordered a family meal deal and the girl didn't put any of the side orders in the bag. After calling the store, I drove a cross town again to pick up my side orders. I got to the store manager argued with me, then finally threw my side orders at me. This reminds me of the KFC restaurant down the street that they closed down. Getting orders right, and if you do screw up an order at least be polite about it and say sorry. This restaurant clueless when it comes to service!
Popeyes is my chicken of choice and I have had it at dozens of locations. The store in Michigan city IN is consistently great. The chicken was perfect, and the drive-through service was fast. When I finished my meal I had to let the crew know how great they did. Now I'm letting everyone else know.
