Ordered online for pickup and my grandmother was the one picking the order up. Upon getting to the window and checking in, she was told to pull up. Before pulling up she heard one of the staff members in the back said "Well, Avery's just gonna have to wait" in a rather rude and disrespectful tone. After pulling up waited at least thirty minutes to get our order with 5-6 cars pulling through the drive thru. Eventually, the manager, bless her, came to the car with our order. Do not go to this location unless you want to be frustrated and leave with cold food. The workers are completely incompetent, don't know the difference between iced tea and lemonade. The ticket times are absurd and the employees don't even know what orders they are preparing at any given moment. My food sat on the counter behind them fully completed while they served other customers. This location needs to be either retrained or shut down.
As long as the chicken is hot it's the best!!
