Today we placed an order for 11 combos, and upon arriving home, we discovered that they had packed everything together. If a customer orders combos, the items should be placed in separate boxes—rather than all mixed together; otherwise, I would have simply ordered just the chicken, which would have been more economical. I understand that separating each combo takes more time, but receiving an incomplete order is much worse.
Theeeee BEST Popeyes chain around!! ... food is always hot, delicious, and quality. More honey packs needed..but nevertheless, my kids love whenever we buy.
The clerk was very polite and helpful.
Jimmy has excellent customer service skills. He had a great attitude and positive energy. All my requests were handled with a smile. Keep up the good work !
