Spent $60 on DoorDash just to be called and told my order was given to someone else. You don’t ask for names before you hand orders over? And instead of remaking it, you say “we close soon so we can’t remake it” (even though it’s your fault my order was given away?) DoorDash won’t refund me my full amount. $60 is a lot of money to lose out on due to your own mistake…
