They literally just hire anybody at this location. They could never get an order right!!!!
I stopped going to this location after the last two visits resulted in me being charged for an extra biscuit, or dessert. I decided to give it another try after a year hiatus. Guess what? They over charged me again. They hide small extra charges to your bill in hopes you won’t notice. They don’t tell you how much you’re paying at the drive thru, you have to ask. They won’t offer a receipt, so you’d better ask.
I've never posted any complaint for restaurants because I'm able to typically solve matters directly with management via a phone call or email. However, that is not possible with this location. The phone number says that are 'not accepting calls at this time'. And their customer service is a chat that clearly uses ai and cannot function correctly.
