We came in after the lunch rush. We waited a bit for the chicken due to them making a fresh batch. When we got our food, everything on that tray tasted fresh and as it should. The Popeyes in this state is a hit and miss when it comes to certain food items. The biscuits, mac and cheese, and red beans and rice are never consistent in all restaurants in CT. Today, this certain restaurant hit every point on the menu items. They did a phenomenal job and I applaud them
