All sandwhiches come with pickles. i orderd ghost pepper sandwich. It had no pickles. i asked the manager ' PAUL', why doesnt my sandwhich have pickles? Paul says, "Bro we dont have pickles. First, I am not Pauls bro. Second if there aren't any pickles, customers should know prior to ordering a sandwhich. poor customer service from Paul. This was Sunday afternoon Other employees were trying to help. Paul did not.

It had been a while since I had Popeye's so I drove to this Wethersfield location on Saturday, 8/16/2025. I saw they had plenty of chicken, seemingly freshly fried, all trays filled. I noticed one of the employees working (young lady with long pigtails) in the back. She was chewing up a storm, putting me in high anticipation for me to get my order.
