If I could give them a zero star, I would there must be some ignorant, stupid people working in the store. I’ve called them before I placed my order and told them to make the sandwiches plain, But they still make them the opposite of what I ask and what makes it even worse is it’s the third time they’ve done this true stupidity at its finest

The people that work here , including the management; either clearly cannot understand instructions or it's too ignorant to understand three times when I place the order through DoorDash they have made the sandwiches the opposite of what I asked them to do when I called so either it's stupidity or negligence either way it's ignorance

I must say that they have the worst manager and customer service at any Popeyes restaurant I ever been to. You get a box of chicken and ask for hot sauce and the linebacker that’s the manager gets an attitude because she wants to give you 3 packs and you ask for more. She’s so unprofessional and you can tell that she’s insecure within herself. The same behavior every time that I have tried to give them my business. No more….
