I went through the drive thru, got home and realized they never gave me my debit card back. I tried calling to ask them to put my card up until I could get back up there. No one answers the phone. I go back up there and get my card back- noticing that no one locked up my card and it’s sitting out for anyone to write my card number down to use. This has to be the worst popeyes ever. How are you always out of everything..I went to get lunch at 1230pm and I was told we are out of spicy chicken annther will be a 20 minute wait. The restaurant just opened so how are you out already. Is the chicken cooked to order.will never ever visit again
DOORDASH ORDER! After reading so many negative views about Popeyes and having negative experiences myself I decided to give them another try but I researched further on what food works. The tenders were highly rated and delicious. I also ordered the fried pickles because I'm a fried pickles fan. I love them both. I'm giving a high rating. Always out of chicken and other items. Order online to pick up and never have tenders , chicken sandwich or most side items. Have to substitute my 5 tenders for 5 small boneless wings doesn’t even amount to the same amount of food. I guess if you’re ordering tenders mac & cheese, red beans and rice and a few other items you better do it before two or 3 o’clock in the evening.
