Love popeyes great food
Long wait in drive thru only to find out they discontinued the fish sandwich and would not give a refund. The language barrier is heavy here. I did however, after a long wait, finally get a tasty spicy chicken sandwich.
Idk when these folks with 4 and 5 stars go but I've eaten at this popyes 3 x and I will say the food is super greasy and stale I'm sure the owner is keeping chicken under that heat lamp longer than he should.skin isn't crispy is soggy and hard. Sides incredibly disappointing charged an extra 1.50 for 2 table spoons of mac and cheese red beans and rice , rice isn't cooked .this location sucks
Even with system issues, manager kept composure & eye contact. He was very friendly n went out of his way for my elderly gramda & I am very appreciative of that. He allowed her to choose the actually chicken (she big on the biggest piece) & had soft patience. Food was fresh & he even gave me a soda to go when I didnt order one. Great service!
