This Popeyes is run by confrontational, unprofessional staff. They argued with me over food that the official Popeyes app shows is included, then literally snatched my food away instead of fixing the order. Not the first time they’ve messed up, but it will be the last time I ever walk in here. If you value your money or your sanity, go anywhere else.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO. DO NOT ORDER IN HOUSE, TAKE OUT OR DELIVERY. THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER AND SHOUKD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS.
Drive thru service is horrible. People are rude, dont even answer when you speak to them. They act like you are an inconvenience. They used to be pleasant at this location.
I ask for 6pc ghost pepper wings amd they gave me 6pc regular when i wentbto the counter after my first bite he told me it the seasoning thats ghost pepper bit the second piece theres no ghost nothing n chicken nasty got a ghost pepper bacon n cheese sandwich s ated to eat ot cause that might be horrible too
I just walked twenty-five minutes up Broadway for the privilege of being told that because it was 9:05, I wasn't allowed to order carryout because I don't own a car. I was told by one employee to wait in line at the drive-through between cars, and then was told by another that, for my time and trouble and breathing exhaust, that I wasn't allowed to order. Sad for me, but downright discriminatory to the (homeless?) woman behind me trying to get dinner.
