Got a delivery from this location and the cheese bite were not edible AT ALL. The rest of my food was ok.
As many who have enjoyed Popeyes over the years, especially since it went national (and international when you include military installations overseas), the consistency in flavor, particularly with spicy, is about as random as the amount of rain one gets from any storm. Gone are those days when some semblance of replication of a recipe in s an expectation. This location in Highlandtown is one of the few where it is almost there...almost.
