I order a $52 order and when I got there they told me they only had breast and wanted me to take 16 breast. I asked her to cancel it and I would change locations. She said she couldn't do it I had to call the bank. I tried to cancel and order at another location and the app put it at the same location and now I have 2 $53 orders im waiting to get a refund for. The girl was very disrespectful and unhelpful and really need to taking off of dealing with customers those situations can turn bad.
I ordered my food through the app and then went to go pick it up. The app never notified me telling me the food was ready. Once I picked up my order I checked it and it was incorrect. I told the staff and they had no problem correcting the order. The food was tasty and delicious
