How do you get a biscuit and a piece of chicken mixed up with a chicken sandwich this the 3rd time my order has been messed up. I got asked classic or spicy chicken sandwich I say spicy why am I looking at a biscuit and a piece of chicken. Asked for extea sauce gives me no sauce I truly don't understand.
