I ordered online and got cajun rice and I got cajun fries. No big deal, let me just tell the employee at the front and get it fixed! I tell the lady at the front and asks to see the receipt. She looks at it for a good 8 seconds and says "ok" and takes the fries back and gives me beans and rice instead of cajun rice. Keep in mind these beans and rice were just on the counter, presumably from another order. At this point, I don't even care and just leave instead of asking again to correct the order. The location of white lane near s h is the absolute worst.ole chicken half Mac and cheese for 1.50 extra turns out to be greasy cheese with a couple macaroni's foods awful

I was asked to wait. When 20 minutes had gone by I inquired about the wait. Was given attitude the entire time as if im at fault. Thats not how you manage a situation. The order was seemingly simple and no drive thru customers at this point. No explanation no sorries just rudeness. It was uncalled for. I dont like leaving a 1 but the score has to match the eventual service

I came here in the afternoon in a pretty bad mood, but the cleanliness of the restaurant and professionalism of the staff actually helped me feel a lot better. I put in a big order through the app, for myself and five family members who were all eating there, and they missed absolutely nothing in it. I think there was even an extra tender in there. The crew was clearly stressed, trying to get the constant stream of orders done, but they gave me and my family excellent service regardless.
