Was charged for an order that was NEVER EVEN RECIEVED. Tried to place an order online twice with a repeated error message. Decided to go somewhere else and I check my account they took the money anyway. Call repeatedly can’t get anyone on the phone. Call customer service can get anyone this is a complete joke!!! NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN
I wish I could give this place zero stars... I work right down the road from this location so me and my co-worker ALWAYS go there for lunch and order the 1 piece chicken leg snack box that comes with a biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy for $2.99. So the price has never been over about $7 with tax and all for both of our meals... I go today to order our usual and the lady made a SCENE about my order!! She argued & yelled at me through the speaker box that no such snack box was sold there but that's what I order EVERY TIME... read more
