The last few times I went, the chicken was hard and dried out as if its been sitting for awhile. The machine and cheese typing was burnt and i got red beans and rice but i think they forgot the beans and rice was hard. And it took forever to get when this was an online order.
Customer service is awful and the sad part is that it came from a manager. I asked her to check on my order because placing my order before the lobby got full. Lobby cleared out and I'm still waiting on 2pc of chicken while I'm looking at cooked chicken. She looked at me like it was a bother. When I did get my order not a word was said.... no napkins.... no utensils. A formal complaint will be made TODAY
