This is the worse Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They act like they can only take one order at a time, then sometimes you can be the only car in the driveway and it’s still “one moment please” yall suck fire everyone working days through the week they are horrible. Order your food ahead of time get here wait8 minutes just to give a code
The guy taking all the trash out was the one who served me my food. He did not wash his hands or get new gloves. The cashier told him she wasn't taking any orders when she had the headset on. Whatever that means. So he set the trash bags down and got my food. I could not believe it! I followed the prompt in the app to complain and received no response.
Jason Lewis and Robert made our order perfect. They were so nice. My husband always thought their chicken was spicy, so it was not always his first choice. Now he goes every chance he gets. It’s his new favorite. They have regular and spicy. The Best of both worlds.
Never have any chicken except for spicy and not enough you have to wait for some to be cooked about 45 minutes.
The cashier, Jason was his name I believe, was very punctual and helpful when I had questions about the menu, he smiled the whole time and just seems like a genuinely happy guy, definitely a good employee who deserves praise.
