I stopped by the drive-thru and ordered a 12-piece family meal. We arrived at around 9pm on a Sunday evening. The dining room was clean and no other customers were there. The worker took our order and rushed us thru it. Got the order wrong and when we asked her to correct it she got an attitude and told us she'd have to charge us. When packaging up our food, they rushed thru that as well and forgot some items.
