Walked in today to have a issue fixed since customer service was useless. Fortunately the manager helped me out and I could tell he was actively trying to solve my issue. Not many places would even do this and I am very appreciative. S/o to him!
you better speak Spanish if you want your order correct. I wanted to try the new chicken dippers but they weren't on the menu. I asked and was told in broken english, they didn't have them, only tenders. After waiting for my food, the tv at the counter displayed "chicken dippers $4.99." She brought me my food and I said that's what I wanted. She said "I told you Dippers". OMG.
Clueless workers. 50% of the time get your order wrong or serving dry unappetizing chicken. Terrible customer service and staff training.
Love popeyes, but really disappointed with this particular location and probably will not be coming back.... the more I have been coming here, the more negative experiences I've continued to have. From them forgetting sauces or mixing up orders with the wrong items, but the most disappointing have been them constantly serving us OLD CHICKEN on a REGULAR BASIS.
