Horrible customer service and the cashiers barely speak any English while having loud full on conversations with the workers in the back
We go to this location all the time because it is the only location close to us. After ANOTHER bad experience, we looked at the reviews to see what others thought. EVERYONE had noticed that the workers always get orders wrong, are always either rude or confusing, and ALL speak horrible English. We have been to this location 20+ times since it opened and every single experience is horrible. This place needs to be checked out by corporate. Everyone here has a very bad attitude problem and can barely speak English. The cashier taking my order can barely speak English I asked for a small drink she says regular I said no a small she’s like ya regular so I didn’t want to argue l and just excepted the regular size drink. Need an update on their employees that can speak or at least understand English and not give an attitude. Won’t be going here anymore!!
