This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Popeyes. The chicken I was served was undercooked/raw, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. There’s no excuse for serving unsafe food. What made it worse was how it was handled. After bringing it to the manager’s attention, I was told I could only get a partial refund because we had already started eating.
