Had to wait over 20 minutes to get the food, they even served people who came in after me first, even tho they ordered off the kiosk. I had a online order.
I spent $50 something dollars on crappy food . Ordered the 8 piece family meal and the six piece tender meal. The fries were so soggy and nasty . The biscuits were hard as a rock . Food just tasted horrible . The macaroni and cheese was like a dried up blob . I’d say skip this location and go to menifee . Their food is way better.
I ordered a Ghost pepper chicken sandwich and you guys just gave me a regular chicken snadwhich. I was really looking forward to the bacon and cheese. Horrible.
AVOID using POPEYE'S MOBILE APP. if possible Placed an order through the Popeye app and was paid by credit card promptly. When I arrived at the restaurant to collect the order, Veronia, a Popeye supervisor, informed me that there was no record of the order. This situation is utterly unacceptable. I had to endure the inconvenience of sending text messages, emails, and extensive efforts to clarify the order and provide proof of payment for an order that Popeye failed to deliver.
