Gave me the complete wrong order and window guy seemed in a bad mood, absolutely careless behavior and attitude. Go to the popeyes by bundy, they are much better than here from my experience.
I ordered delivery here a few days ago. The chicken and fries arrived cold. I paid for 2 thighs and a breast. I received 3 thighs. I paid for a biscuit. I did not receive one. I asked them for a full refund since the food was cold and was missing an item. They refused and offered me a $10 coupon to spend at Popeyes. They just lost a loyal customer. All they had to do was refund me the $24 I spent on cold food.
Difficult to access this location. No convenient parking. However, the chicken was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Miss Pam. I went thru the drive thru and she made the experience so wonderful. Such a wonderful and sweet woman! 10/10 customer service
Please double check your food before driving away. And think twice if you are using the app for this specific location. I ordered a customized 16-piece through the app and paid extra for additional chicken breasts. The order I received was a cold, standard mixed batch with mostly thighs and wings. I only saw 1 chicken breast in the incorrect order.
