My recent visit to Popeyes today was very unsatisfactory I ordered two shrimp special and literally waited 15 mins for an order that never came out, while the employee is telling the manager let them wait, while four 4 other customers got their meals. I asked for my money back and gave the cashier the receipt another 5 minutes to open the register and give me money. What a waste of time illnever get back
This is unacceptable, I am very sick to my stomach after one bite.
Food here is bad. Chicken had weird smell. They change the order but it not a quality food
The manager Anna or Anne (I did not see her name clearly) discriminated against me based on how I was dress and my skin color. When I asked for the two dipping sauces that come with my meal, they told me I had to pay for it.. I’m sick and tired of Popeyes like this.
