New girl on the front doesnt know what she is doing. Manager locking doors to stop customers coming in. My order took 1 hour for them to get it ready. Didnt want to give me a refund so i had to wait. No straws/ ice on the soda machine. No biscuits with my order.
Tonight the female associate working was severely rude on my receipt it says la Tammy. She was the only female there and there two guys but the young lady just gave me whatever she wanted for my order I will post my receipt below. These were some great guys and they were super friendly. We showed up right before they closed and they were still happy to take Our order despite the inconvenience. Never have a bad experience with this store and the food is also always fresh
I was in line for about seventeen minutes for 1 chicken sandwich, there was one car in front me... I regretted waiting, then it got worse look at this purely fried crust there isn't any tender chicken on the sandwich Iwasted my time. 1st time here definitely will be the last go to another location my advise I threw it away it was hard as a rock lol
