Twice I went to get the chicken sandwich and Borge times the chicken was undercooked. This last time on both mine and my husband’s sandwich the chicken was done but very tough, breading fell off with first bite and the bread was soggy like it had been dunked in liquid. When they had the sandwich last year it was very good not sure what’s changed here but I won’t go back. I’ve wasted enough money there.
Always liked Popeye's but just had a horrible experience on my lunch. I ordered the Cajun fish.🧐 After being asked to pull forward, I set in the back of the store for 10 minutes till someone came out and I asked had I been forgotten. 🤔He said no and went back in, then someone comes and ask what I ordered?! 🙄I finally got it and get back to work to the worst "fried fish" 🤢(I guess that is what that was) imaginable! The chicken sandwich is really good, but this location NEVER gets the order right. Today, my spicy sandwich came with about a half a jar of mayonnaise on it. Wrong sides, missing items, over and over. I go back because the sandwich is really good. But, y’all can do better on the things that matter.

FREEZING!!!! Every time we come in it’s too cold and breezy and they refuse to adjust it; say they can’t. Where’s the management??? I love Popeyes but am fed up with non regulated temp!
