The food was great as always, but the service is consistently terrible. Probably the most consistently bad service in town. No exaggeration: I have been here 9 times and my order has been wrong 9 times. This time they gave me mashed potatoes instead of fries; we were the ONLY car in line so it wasn't like they were busy. Last time I asked for spicy chicken and they gave me regular; I went in side to let them know of the mistake and was told they were out of spicy... My chicken was fresh and hot, GUESSING BECAUSE I CAME EARLY IN THE AM. HOWEVER THE ORDER WAS ALL THE WAY WRONG, AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A SPOON OR NAPKINS, HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAY NOT AS BAD AS THE ONE ON UNIVERSITY BLVD N. AND I DGAF BECAUSE I SMASHED THAT $5 box almost err day����
Ghetto...and ratchet,slow and loud and very unprofessional
This has got to be the worst location in Jacksonville,Florida. They are very unprofessional, slow, and have very bad attitudes. I went there twice within a 7 day period. Same results. They really make your company look bad to represent your brand. I will drive to another location which this one is just 5 minutes from my home any day for better service.
Feathers on the chicken? Really? That's the first thing you learn.
