this was my worst experience ever at a popeyes. I will never be returning to this location. we arrived in drive thru at 8:50pm (right after placing our order on mobile) wait at the speaker box for 15 minutes, no one comes. go to the window, wait another 15 minutes, someone comes to the window, finally "helps" us, then comes back tells us we can only get fries for one of the orders. (fine) i got mashed potatoes. so now its 9:50 I finally get my food. I arrive home 8 mins later. we live 1.5 miles away. open everything to find ... read more
It would be better to go to Publix supermarket and get your food, the chicken wings are better after sitting in my fridge for a week than what you get fresh from these clowns, the sides are full at Publix, these peeps suck at what they do, wait wait wait, food is awful...... go to Publix it’s cheaper too!!!!
I wouldn't let my dog or the feral cats that sit on my trash can eat here. YALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT HORRIBLE. MY ORDER IS NEVER RIGHT. WTH
New restaurant on Merrill Rd. in Jacksonville,FL. just opened so we stopped in for lunch. Service was good and the food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was busy but still got our food reasonably fast.
Went by and no line and ordered and got my sammich in 3 minutes. A bit flakier than CFA but very good indeed.

Very rude, unprofessional and racist cashier I have ever encountered. Food was served cold, very unsanitary dining area and restroom. A/C not working.
