Twice I went to get the chicken sandwich and Borge times the chicken was undercooked. This last time on both mine and my husband’s sandwich the chicken was done but very tough, breading fell off with first bite and the bread was soggy like it had been dunked in liquid. When they had the sandwich last year it was very good not sure what’s changed here but I won’t go back. I’ve wasted enough money there.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a 3pc combo through ubereats. the app doesn't allow you to choose which pieces you want. I hit send on my order and immediately called the restaurant. The lady who answered the phone tells me my order had already been picked up. I told her that wasn't possible since I had literally just hit send. Very bad service from the Popeyes at 14274 University AVE, Hammond LA 70401 My wife and I ordered thru the Popeyes app. Not only was it late. Everything was thrown together and we didn't get what we ordered. Not once but twice. The first time the delivery driver caught the mistake made, and went in and got it supposedly corrected, after the staff argued with her that the order was correct. service at popeyes San Marcos Texas on 1-35 and creek side is the worst. Rude,ignorant and obviously on drugs. They look like crack heads and royally messed my order up. Saw the drive thru cashier with no Mask .And the Manager looked strung out and his eyes very red.I would not suggest this popeyes to anyone.Ill drive to Austin next time.
