It didn't taste right! I spent 30 plus for something that didn't taste fresh

Food wasnt bad but your employees, all of them suck at this location. If I gambled I'd bet you all wont last another year. I work in food, dont hire people that cant deal with the public.
So I order my food and asked for more sauce. The general manager said "only one sauce comes with that meal." Totally understandable! I said "let me buy some extra." She said "I'm sorry I cannot allow you to buy it, I have no way of charging you for it." So you lose my future business and this sale over a couple of sauces that im willing to pay for? She refunds me. Wow! One star, not because i'm angry, thats just not smart people. Smh 😂
People were friendly, food was very good. My only complaint is I didn't get everything I ordered and did not realize it till I got home.
I waited in line for 20mins. Only one line was open and it was a lot of people working great when I came. My biscuit was fresh but everything use sucked . The man who took my order did everything. He brought out the new biscuits made my box while it was five other people working. It was only one cook working and it was very little chicken being cook. One person worked the drive through window while a young man made the drive though orders that was a plus. I guess I should have went through the drive through..
