This evening, my husband and I waitied in line for 10 minutes. while we were waiting, who I expect was the manager came out and approached the car in front of us and had a conversation for less than a minute. afterwards he started walking towards our vehicle and we rolled down the window, when he got close enough to our vehicle to see our (black) faces he averted his eyes and didn't say anything. Popeyes on Dual Hwy is the absolute worst .Awful customer service from employees and especially the female owner.I wouldn’t spend my last 1.00 at this location.I’ll drive out of my way before ever going there.Numerous complaints have been made with their customer service.Last call being 11/22/19.This location is rated as a -0
The new chicken sandwich is freaking delicious
we went today and they were busy yes, but no more than McDonald's at lunchtime. it took 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches, while in the meantime, drive through orders were flowing. Then, after they called two numbers after ours, my husband went up, and they LOST OUR TICKET. THEN, the order was wrong as we got 2 spicy and 2 original sandwiches. I ate the spicy sandwich anyway because I feared if we took it up, it would be another 10 minutes. So now I'm suffering through indigestion because of their screw up
