Our experience this time was horrible! Our order was wrong 4 different times. The staff member rushed guests out and was rude because she was ready to go home. She actually told some ladies to leave out of the store and get in the drive thru We placed an online order that was $90
Fire Jimmy as soon as you can, his behavior towards a new mom just trying to get herself something to eat with her baby, in a HEATED car mind you! Disrespecting her parenting, refusing her service, and giving your opinion when it wasn't needed or asked for. Yesterday I wasted over 30 dollars and never got half of what I was supposed to as far as food. I do have receipts and I can't even log my reward points in neither. The driver gave my food away or either stole it. I havent received a proper refund or response yet. The website ain't acting right neither. So what is going to happen is I'm going to tell my bank and get it back that way as well. As me being a customer you lost me baby because I am furious with you as a company and corporation.
I absolutely hate the fact that my fav restaurants are declining so badly. All 3 locations nearest me says a biscuit comes with a combo! Everytime I order a combo (wings 6-12ct) I'm told a buscuit DOESN'T come with wings. I order a sandwich combo, told I have to pay for a biscuit. So what combo comes with the biscuit????
