I have had several dealings with the owners of Popeye;s and their selection is very much like any used car dealer. As a consumer I did get one car that was not the best one on the lot but it served its purpose ,a work car. Sure as a buyer it is up to you personally to insure you buy the best possible car. They do try to sell you quality cars. My wife always says lets look at popeyes inventory when she has a need for a car for her or even the kids.
