I can't tell you how happy with Pope's Air and most recently CamreyLockes inspection of our two heat pumps. Both of which we purchased from them. Carrey not only was careful and professional, he educated me about my equipment and offered me his personal card if I was experiencing particular problems. I trust Pope's Air and even gave their number to my neighbor when I left on a cruise during that horrific cold weather. I knew that they would protect us if necessary while we were gone.
Needed a diagnosis of my daughter's system. Pope's was quick to get me an appointment with a service tech.Devon showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly and advised what needed to be done to remedy our issue. Once I had the electrical part ready for them, they came back to fix our heat issue. That's when I met Michael & Brandon. Again, they showed up right on time, explained everything and went straight to taking care of it. I would strongly recommend these guys!
It is always a relief to know that they are available and on call when something happens. I have been with them for about five years, and they have fixed the huge errors the original installers created. Grateful for Jame's troubleshooting expertise!
