Excellent service. Our AC unit stopped working altogether due to a system fault. Called early Saturday a.m. and they sent their technician Camrey Locke out later that morning. He quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor, replaced it, and got the system working again quickly. Camrey was very polite, respectful, and kept us well informed of progress and costs incurred as the job progressed.
I can't say enough good things about Pope's Air. They rescued us from the blazing inferno heat this week. From the time I informed them that our AC wasn't working after hours on a Tuesday, they had diagnosed and installed a brand new AC and coil by Thursday morning and just in time for the next heat wave. They were professional, courteous, and did a great job. I have used Pope's Air for many years to service our furnace, hot water heater, and AC unit. You can't go wrong.

We have had good experiences with the service from Pope's Air, and we had another one today when Devin came to work on a leak we were experiencing with our HVAC unit. Water was puddling up frequently next to our machine, and, since the issue involved water, Pope's Air prioritized our problem. I couldn’t add a new review so I am updating this one. It’s July 2025 and Pope’s Air has consistently provided me with quality service for about 10 years now. I have had their maintenance program for years. I have another tech, Devin, assigned to my maintenance service. He has been to my house for bi-yearly maintenance several times now. He is courteous, respectful and very efficient at checking my system. He informed me today that I had a bad capacitor that was failing and needed to be replaced.
