Worst customer service, rude and arrogant behavior directed towards customer, incorrect item ordered and forced to pay for their mistake or they would keep vehicle. Stay away. Zero stars.
Worse customer service. Charges for everything and everything even when there in error. Go to a professional shop that cares about ethics.
Bad customer service.
Horrible service buddy had to pay them because they messed up and ordered the wrong tires then refused to give him his truck back unless he paid them. Stay away!
If your staff messes up and orders the wrong spec for a vehicle , you would think it would be caught before putting in unnecessary labor. And to charge a friend for services on top of your mess up is just bad business. Know your business and treat your customers the way you would want to be treated. Fair is fair. That's how you retain customers and provide good customer service.
Absolutely the worst place I have ever done business with. The worst customer service, horrible management and just an overall nasty place to be. Stay away from this place at all costs. Go anywhere but here....trust me.
