Took my truck to Pope Davis tire in Lexington only for it to sit there for a week never to be looked at. The employees are liars. They will tell you that the "ticket" is in a mechanics hand one day and then 3 days later the truck still hasn't even been looked at. If they don't hang up on you, they keep you on hold for almost 30mins. They're customer service is horrible. And the manager David never returns customers phone calls. Took my car to the Irmo location for brake service. After picking up the car, noticed damage to the right rear bumper, the taillight is also cracked and the tailpipe is bent. Being after hours on a Saturday, had to wait until they opened on Monday and was there at 7:30 AM to report the damage. The manager, Justin, claims they didn't do it, but then proceeded to take pictures of the car, advised it would be an insurance issue, and that I would receive a call from them, which hasn't happened.
