If a Zero Star was an option, they would get it! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their employees have no idea what’s going on. Not to mention it’s not appealing to see employees with herpes of the mouth & face working at food business. I have frequented this business over the years, and today that all changed. Get a clue about running a business & having customer service skills. It’s Black Friday & no one is there.
Caramel and toffee options with nuts are over priced for the amount or nuts in the order.

I had my first experience with Popcorn Junction today and it couldn't have been better! My daughter was so bummed when we learned Rocket Fizz was closed, but the staff was so friendly, accommodating and PATIENT!!! My daughter and I tasted a dozen different flavors before she decided on her favorite 2, and like someone else mentioned in a review, they were out of one... but the girl helping us happily offered to whip up a fresh batch and it was done in no time at all! Been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally did. There is a lot of flavors to choose from the basics to the more creative. If you are not sure what to get you can sample some to decide. I think our favorite so far is the Cinnamon Roll!! We will be back for sure.
