I am totally satisfied and thankful to Mike Hatcher and the team at Pop Rv's as I began my search for my wife and I's dream motorhome. Mike consistently sent me emails with coach's for sale with my prerequisites of motor, slides and price range. Once we decided to go and visit the coach, they scheduled the meeting time, the offer sheet, the acceptance sheet, the closing documents and many follow up conversations from the team. This business is a broker between a buyer and a seller. You pay them to manage the transaction. I paid them to buy a boat AND get the ownership documents of that boat and trailer. After months of dealing with them through multiple emails and phone calls i still don't have the documents to take ownership of the boat and trailer. There is no follow up to requests, you have to chase them down and get another empty promise to get the documents you paid them to ensure you received. I don't normally write reviews bu Victor from Pop yachts tried to conduct some rather dirty business and it seems like something that should be posted online. As a small business owner I know that not all of your staff will be perfect, but I would hope someone with a director title is safe to do business with. I found a Grady White on pop yachts that was of interest and wanted to learn more. After leaving a voicemail with Victor he called me back roughly 2 hours later from a different number. Working with Pop RVs was a great experience, and our second time! From the listing process through the sales closure, Robert, our sales representative, was professional and attentive to our needs. Their reach into the listings market is the largest I have encountered. One of the main reasons for using Pop RVs the second time was due to the level of professionalism and trust in the closing process. We found an rv on rvtrader and wanted to see it tried multiple times to reach a human and would wait a week each time for call back this company does not seem to want my business and had a poor experience with them

This company is amazing. We live in NC and purchased a boat that was located in NC. I have never used a sales/broker before and was very skeptical. Debbie and Katie were always in contact with me and answered any questions I had along the way. Once we closed on the sale and I received all of the original documents I was able to register the boat and trailer with no issues. We picked up our boat and met the seller and could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this company for your boat purchase.

What an excellent team! I can honestly say the level of customer service was amazing right from the very beginning and all through the whole process. The team even closed in an extremely tight timescale at my request as I had to fly back to the UK and wanted to complete while I was there in the US. I don't know how they managed it.
