Pop made the process very easy. Once we found our boat the offer purchase and closing was very easy. Pop knew all the steps and had great advice.

Pop RVs and *****, who we worked with, made this one of the smoothest processes ever! It was so much easier to go through them than trying to sell our RV ourselves. It was an east process with lots of upfront details about what we should expect. It happened exactly as they said. We were consistently kept up to date with where things stood. Everyone was friendly, efficient and reachable at all times. I highly recommend if you want to buy or sell an RV!
This was our first experience purchasing an RV through a broker and not a typical dealership. **** and ********* were both phenomenal to work with! They made the entire process as easy as possible and were both fantastic at answering all our questions and walking us through each step. Lack of communication was very annoying. Phone calls were not returned. Emails were not answered. Finally had to complain before things got better.
I dealt with 3 different sales people because their policy is to give you to a random person every time you express new interest. Every salesperson had different information about the boat and about me, so that made it difficult right off the bat.Then I dealt with 3 different financial people. I want to deal with 1 salesperson and 1 financial person. So that was a bad start. Awesome service all around. I sold a boat with them a year ago, and bought another boat with them recently. Equally happy on the seller and buyer side! Every employee I encountered was super available and eager to help, both transactions were seamless. Highly recommend.
