Pizza was great and the Saints fan working made the experience awesome!
Ordered a round Vegan pizza late night (4-9-19) and it was THE best pizza I have ever had... and I am an old baby boomer pizza junkie! Cannot wait to try their Vegan deep-dish. Also, the young gal who made my pizza was VERY helpful and friendly.

Best pizza I had in downtown Vegas. Yes, I have had others downtown. Been stopping at Pop Up everytime we go to Vegas and that's pretty regularly now for a few years. Service is always great. Friendly staff, too. I look forward to another trip to Pop Up on our next visit. Keep up the great work, gang!
This was a long time favorite when we lived closer to central downtown. We called last week for a pick up as I was craving their white pizza (I think it was called the White Chapel) and it isn't available anymore, despite being on their site. As we asked about item after item on their site, so we finally gave up and went to Boston Pizza. What a shame. Pop Up used to have a great, varied menu and it seems they took all their best items off. It used to be worth the extra wait but no longer.
