They won't even answer the phone. Allowed phone to ring for 10 minutes and apparently new customers are unwelcomed as no one could be bothered to answer.

The individual who is assisting me with my very rare kind of prosthetic because my amputation is called an Alcott spelling not even sure as I tried fast search for review sorry. The man was kind and very intense with making sure he put his notations or ideas in his laptop, yet could still carry on a casual conversation with me was comforting as could tell multitasking was not taking away from his focus to do project well. Tried for two days to make contact by phone for @ 30 minutes each time. No answer. I emailed M. maybe I will receive reply.

This place used to be amazing! Sadly the business is under new management for the past year or so and service has drastically gone downhill. They are now difficult to get a hold of. Scheduling is a struggle for this place. It takes some time to get an appointment and then they fail to stay on schedule keeping you waiting for over 30 minutes past your appointment when the place is not even busy. Overall in my experience I would say the staff does not care about their clients anymore. Sad and unfortunate.
